As the Operations Manager at Burnie Group, Nina plays a vital role in enhancing and evaluating current operational systems, while providing support to leaders and team members to ensure exceptional client service. With a strong passion for streamlining processes, Nina brings robust interpersonal and project management skills to the table.
Before joining Burnie Group, Nina accumulated over 14 years of experience in the construction industry in the GTA, holding various positions and working on exciting projects. Her enthusiasm for project management and proficiency with numbers drove her success in previous roles.
Nina earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph, complemented by a Project Management Certificate from Sheridan College.
Outside of work, Nina cherishes spending quality time with her family. She enjoys exploring different coffee shops, engaging in badminton matches, and taking refreshing swims.
