Reny is an intelligent automation expert who specializes in helping organizations unlock efficiency through automation and technology. He has over eight years of experience providing technology solutions across retail, financial services and telecommunications industries, with a proven track record of leading and delivering robust automation projects. During his time at Burnie Group, Reny has successfully delivered transformative projects across multiple industries. The highlight is implementing the first enterprise-grade contact center automation solution using Blue Prism Service Assist for a large telecommunications company.
Prior to joining Burnie Group, Reny worked as a Business Analyst for Infosys, developing a common global IT process platform using SAP for a large food processing company headquartered in the UK.
Reny’s experience includes implementing business transformation programs, analyzing processes to assess the scope for automation and optimization, and project management. In addition, Reny is interested in exploring the integration of business process management (BPM) with automation solutions to automate processes end-to-end to achieve hyperautomation.
Reny earned a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Anna University. When he’s not at work, Reny enjoys long road trips and adventure sports like white water rafting and scuba diving. Reny is also a keen follower of multiple team sports and supports the following teams: Arsenal (soccer), Ferrari (F1), and Chennai Super Kings (cricket).
