Gursimran is a strategy and operations consultant who is passionate about solving complex problems and delivering impactful results. He has experience in multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, e-commerce, and technology.
Prior to joining Burnie Group, Gursimran founded Diabetics BuyBack, an e-commerce medical supplies business. He was also an Investment Associate at Clearbanc, deploying capital to online businesses, and an Implementation Consultant at Ceridian, providing implementation support to diverse clients.
Gursimran’s experience includes post-merger integrations, target operating model design, journey mapping, process mapping, technology consulting, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce.
Gursimran earned a Master of Business Administration and an Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University while also earning a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Western Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship in partnership with Ivey.
In his free time, Gursimran enjoys playing basketball and football, watching sports, learning about history, and spending quality time with family and friends.
