Ishani is an enthusiastic and accomplished problem solver with experience helping businesses across multiple industries, including telecommunications, distribution, healthcare, and retail.
Prior to joining Burnie Group, Ishani was a corporate strategy analyst at Rexall, where she helped establish its D2C and omnichannel strategy. She started her career at Accenture, working with clients across North America to help develop bold strategies and efficiencies.
Ishani’s experience includes business strategy, project management, and product design. She has expertise in facilitating focused on cross-functional team collaboration, customer journey mapping, and supporting senior leadership teams. Additionally, Ishani has extensive knowledge of change strategy, process design, and decision-making frameworks.
Ishani earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
In her free time, Ishani loves to explore cities and countries near and far through food, drinks, events, and concerts. She also likes hosting, playing board games, and trying different fitness classes.
