Chandan is a strategy and operations consultant with over seven years of professional engineering and entrepreneurial experience. He is driven by a deep passion for helping clients solve impactful problems, empowering high-performance teams, and unlocking the full potential of their businesses.
Prior to joining Burnie Group, Chandan served as a Principal at Impact Consulting Group, Rotman’s student-led consulting firm. In this role, he managed end-to-end consulting engagements in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, developed client relationships, executed personalized solutions, and contributed to firm-building activities. As a professional engineer, he led multidisciplinary teams in designing and assessing fire safety systems for subway infrastructure projects.
Chandan earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Rotman School of Management – University of Toronto, where he graduated as a Bregman Scholar on the Dean’s List. He has also completed a Master of Applied Science (MASc) in Computational Fluid Dynamics from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, and holds a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
Chandan balances his strong work ethic with a passion for volunteering, poetry writing, meditation, and yoga. He enjoys playing sports and exploring the outdoors on hikes, road trips and bikes. These interests not only reflect his diverse personality but also contribute to his holistic approach to consulting, making him a well-rounded professional who truly understands the needs of his clients.
