Before joining Burnie Group, Tal gained valuable experience through his summer internships at Scotiabank, enhancing his financial acumen and understanding of the banking sector. He worked in the automotive industry, where he learned about operational dynamics and gained practical problem-solving skills. Tal also led various projects in pro-bono consulting clubs at university, broadening his knowledge across differing industries.
Tal’s experience includes financial modelling, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, strategic problem-solving, project management, data analysis and benchmarking, and process mapping.
Tal earned an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, with Dean’s Honours List all four years.
In his free time, Tal enjoys immersing himself in exhilarating team-combat games, engaging in novel experiences, and maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise and food.
