Josh is a dedicated and results-driven professional who is committed to making a meaningful impact on the projects he works on. He brings a proactive approach and a critical-thinking mindset to his role as a consultant.
Before joining Burnie Group, Josh was an executive compensation consultant at Hugessen Consulting. In this internship role, he gained experience in executive compensation, director compensation, corporate governance, and board effectiveness.
Josh’s expertise includes performance benchmarking, strategic road mapping, target operating model development, business process modelling, process mapping, and financial modelling. These skills enable him to deliver consulting engagements that drive positive change for clients.
Josh earned an Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, graduating as an Ivey Scholar. He also previously studied Actuarial Science.
Outside of work, Josh has a passion for exploring the world, often embarking on cruises to discover new places. He’s equally enthusiastic about trying diverse cuisines and savoring delicious dishes. Additionally, he channels his creativity into a YouTube channel where he shares piano covers of select songs.
