Cathie Brow is a highly respected HR executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, board governance, and human capital strategy. Cathie’s background spans various industries, including senior living, business process outsourcing, hospitality, and healthcare. Additionally, Cathie has a strong record in executive compensation, labour relations, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), and organizational transformation. She holds a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and earned prestigious certifications such as the Chartered Director (C. Dir) Designation from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business (2023) and the Best Practices in Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School (2014). Cathie was recognized as Canada’s HR Leader of the Year in 2019. In her free time, Cathie enjoys biking, golf, and tennis, as well as the Florida sunshine in the winter with her husband and two rescue dogs.
