Aditya is a strategy and operations consultant with experience delivering impactful operations transformations, market entry strategies, and digital product development. He has also led several project management and integration management offices, helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Burnie Group, Aditya was a Senior Consultant with EY, where he worked with financial services clients across India, South-East Asia, and the Middle East.
Aditya earned his Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
He is deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). He has actively championed initiatives in this space, serving as a Purple Champion at EY and a Senator for DEI at Ivey Business School.
In his free time, Aditya enjoys playing the piano, travelling, biking, and hiking.
