Among its notable achievements, Burnie Group introduced Robotic Process Automation to North America, developed benchmarks to assess the performance of contact centers around the globe, established BGood, an initiative to deliver pro bono consulting to Canadian not-for-profit organizations and developed a proprietary change management methodology to teach clients the skills to roll out new initiatives. Notably, the team also redesigned the organizational structure of one of Canada’s largest insurers and led the post-merger integration of the largest Canadian financial services merger in 2025.
