Her experience spans global financial institutions, investment management, government, and healthcare, where she has led large-scale transformation initiatives including regulatory remediation, operating model redesign, and enterprise change programs. She works extensively at the executive level, supporting senior leaders in making critical decisions, aligning stakeholders, and driving lasting change.

Jane began her career at Accenture as a Senior Manager focused on organizational development and complex transformation. She is a highly regarded facilitator and advisor, recognized for her ability to engage leadership teams, navigate complex organizations, and drive alignment in high-stakes, tight-timeline environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Queen’s University.
