Kashmir is detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about delivering impactful and measurable solutions to clients. He brings a collaborative approach and his knack for problem-solving to his role as a consultant.
Before Burnie Group, Kashmir was a strategic partnerships intern at Sezzle and a strategy intern at Blutag Inc. Through these internships, he gained valuable experience and insight into fintech and e-commerce while directly dealing with clients. Additionally, Kashmir has led three pro-bono consulting projects during his time at university.
Kashmir’s experience includes implementing strategic frameworks, financial modelling, process mapping, and conducting competitor analysis.
Kashmir earned a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, where he specialized in Management with a focus in Strategy and Finance.
Outside of work, Kashmir enjoys playing and watching sports such as soccer, tennis, F1, MMA and cricket. Additionally, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
